Next year I´m going to travel abroad.I´m going to study French.I will travel to Paris with my boyfriend.I will stay there for three years and I will visited many landmarks!

Although vegetables and fruits are good for health I do not like them, I prefer food like pizza, hamburger, fries... these are common things for a snack. At breakfast I usually eat bread and coffee, and in the afternoon, the same thing! my feed is horrible!

Herbal medicine - Bianca Carbonari

I am in favor of alternative medicine,I think it is very helpful for those who try it.But do not know yoga,homeopathy,herbal medicine and acumpucture. I don´t eat healthy food, vegetables and fruits.I do not like very much.But, although I do not practice any kind of alternative medicine,I recommend it!

I'm not too worried about my health. I don't know nothing about complementary and alternative medicine. I know nothing about the methods of alternative medicine
I have never been to spa nor taken yoga. I do not usually eat healthy foods.

Look at this photo. That's an Egyptian family. They eat a lot of
grain everyday. The tradicional dishes are "fool" (soaked grains with
limon juice) and "Thaina" (past made from gergilim). In Egipt, lunch
is the principal meal. They like vegetables with a lot of condiments.
In Brazil, we don't have "fool" and "Thaina". Our tradicional dish is
"feijoada" (beans with porc meat) and brigadeiro (balls of chocolate).
Our cuisine is the best ! ;9

Herbal medicine - Lidia

There are many different therapies in CAM treatment. That alternative medicine provides natural healing methods, there like aromatherapy, acunputure, yoga, Tai Chin Chuan, crystal healing, herbal medicine and homeopaty.
I'd like to try yoga. I think it must be very good.
CAM have different ways of healling healthy problems. I have allergies and sinisutis, I'm using herbal medicine and homeopaty. We must worry about our healthy!

My family does not eat a lot of healthy food. During breakfast we eat well, some fruits, milk, bread. During lunch, we eat meat, vegetables, rice, beans and soda! I love soda!
But at night, we eat sandwiches, sweet, soda ... but we know it is not healthy!

Our food is very different from the Mexican, for example. But my family also eats lots of fruits, vegetables, bottles of any soda, but we do not usually eat much fish or pepper!

I love to read during my free time! I have the habit of reading the same books such as New Moon, Twilight, The Kite Runner, The Journal of the Vampire, and a few others.
I sometimes read before tests because I it makes me calmer and more focused.
Whenever I read, I go to my room because of the silence. .. and I also love to read while traveling, time passes much faster!
My mum always encourages me to read, and always buys many books for me!

hi, my family and I usually eat a lot of pasta.
Every week we go to the supermarket, and we buy?
cartons of milk and of eggs, some bread, oranges, bananas, tomatos, rice, beans, meat...We don't eat meat at lunch, and We do not drink coke every day, because of my brother who is small, and cannot drink it e every day. So, we only drink on weekends.
My father buys special kinds of milk to my broter, because he drinks it everyday.
We also buy bunches of grapes, boxes of pizza and cheese and coffe.

Sometimes I read. This year have PISM and there is ask book we have to read.

I'd like to go to Englad to learn more the language I study. There are many beautiful places. I could work and I would also be living there. Before I finish college, I want to work there to make my English more fluent.In college I want to take medicine, but, since it is very difficult, I also consider taking architecture and production engineering.In my opnion, these are the most interesting courses.

book format, I'm a fan of that . Twilight Series is fantastic. In this
book we use our imagitation and have fun . "A hora da verdade", by Pedro
Bandeira is very good, too . Magazines are nice, my favorite one is Capricho
. Sometimes , I read comic books. I like Mafalda . She is a cute and
very smart girl, I think . Reading is good for mental health and is very fun
! ;D

Hi! At breakfast I drink cofee and eat bread. I have to eat fast to go to school.
At lunch, I usually eat bean, rice, salad,etc.
I do not have dinner... just a snack.
My family eat pasta a lot! We love it. We eat pasta every sunday!

In Brazil,we eat healthy food more than junk food.In Rio de Janeiro,for example,we eat a lot of rice and beans.In Minas Gerais,'pão de queijo'.And more...One typical brazilian dish is:rice,beans,meat,salad and fries.Another typical dish is the 'feijoada'.I love brazilian food!

My trip - Lidia

In 2008, I traveled to Rio de Janeiro coast. I went to Cabo Frio and Angra dos Reis with my family. I swam in the sea and had fun. In Angra, I went to Pirata Mall. In the mall, there is a port with differents fancy yachts. Angra is a rich city, because several famous people go there on the weekends. Cabo Frio has marvelous beaches: Fort Beach, Barra Beach, Peró and others. I took five pairs of shorts, three dresses, a pair of sneakers, three skirts, six T-shirts, my sliper and my camera. My suitcase was so heavy I almost couldn't carry it. (:

Next year, I’m going to fly to make a dream come true: I'm going to France. I’m going to study very very very much.

I will travel to Paris with my future boyfriend. I'll be there for three years in a hotel in the center of the beautiful city.

During the trip, we are going to visit many landmarks which are real postcards of the city!

I will travel to study French and know more about the habits, culture and places of France.

It Will be an unforgettable trip!

Hi, my name is Jeandra and I am 13 years old. I love to read! I like to read magazines and books. Reading is very good, and in my opinion, reading is very cool for you to write well. My mother always says "who writes, reads very well".hahahaha... My favorite books are "PODEROSA" and "O DIARIO DE UMA PRINCESA" . My favorite magazine is CAPRICHO . I did not like to read in the past,but now I'm in love with reading. I read at least one book a month.

In these images I was in São Lourenço. It is a wonderful place. I was with my sister and my father. In the first picture, I was sitting on the bench and tired. In the second, there is a fountain and in the third one I was far away. The mornings were cool, but the afternoons were very hot!

Next year, I'm going to Caribe with my friends! I want to go there because it's a very beaultiful place with an amazing nature, the sea is wonderful! I want to swim in the beach. I'll take a sunbath there; I'll enjoy the landscape and much more!

Last vacation, I went to Carangola to see my friends and my family; and i went to Meaipe to have fun with them! In Carangola I stayed in my grandfather's house for one month. I went to the square, DuPoint's bar and parties. I ate ice cream, i swam in the club, etc! I enjoyed myself a lot everyday.
In Meaípe I stayed in my mother´s friend's house for one weekend. I practiced kayaking, I ran and I swam in the beach, I ate ''açaí'', I played the volleyball, poker and ''frescobol'' with my family. It was awesome! Meaípe is a beaultiful and pacific place!

I want to go to Swtzerland with my cousin Anna Luiza for 2 weeks,because our mothers are swiss.We would like to go skiing and ice skating.We will eat chocolate and typical dishes.We will know our family members who live in Berne and many diferent places.This trip will be unforgettable!

During the trip, I danced and sang in the car with my sister Eduarda. It was very very funny!

In the party, I met new people, I saw my cousins that I missed, I took photos, I talked with my cousins and ate candies.

It was very good journey and I had a great time with my family.

I wore my gray dress and my brawn coat, because it was cold.

Last vacation I went to Tocantins. Tocantins is very good. I traveled with my parents and my friend Loola. The city is fantastic, but it was very hot. Well, at least I swam in the pool. There, I swam, played soccer, went to ta sauna. I stayed there three days. I took two pairs of sandals, four pairs of shorts, four T-shirts and a dress. Tocantins is very good!

Last vocation, I traveled with my family. I went to Cabo Frio and every day was very hot and sunny. I love Cabo Frio.We went by car. I stayed in a hostel for five days. I took photos on the beach. In this picture, we were going to have lunch when my mother asked me to take a picture with my brother. It was hard to take it because my brother was not quiet. It was taken in the Canal and it was night.I love my brother. *-*

The Canal is very beautiful, and there are restaurants and bars.

I did not do exciting things, but I enjoyed the trip!
